With the arrival of the storms last week, we could all do with looking ahead to the brighter days of Spring, and what better way to boost your mood than with a quick browse at our Easter collection for 2022?

How to Store Easter Chocolate
Once you’ve bought your chocolate eggs and bunnies, keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Think about cupboards, the bottom of your wardrobe, and somewhere you’re equally unlikely to be tempted to open them early.
Do not put them in the fridge. We know it can seem like a good idea to put chocolate in the fridge, but the cold temperature will mean the sugar comes to the surface, and will discolour the chocolate. It won’t change the flavour of the chocolate, but it won’t look too great as a gift, and can spoil the overall look of your delicious treats.
If chocolate is kept in the fridge it’s also likely to absorb the smell of anything else you’re keeping cool, and no one wants their chocolate eggs to smell like egg sandwiches on Easter morning!
