If this happens, we'll contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or arrange an immediate refund.

Please take extra care when entering your delivery address at checkout, as we can only make changes for a very short period after your order has been placed.

If you've entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at info@maplegifts.co.uk with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we'll do our very best to update it for you.

Once your parcel has been packed or dispatched, we're unable to guarantee that the address can be changed.

Gift messages can be added during checkout. If you forget to add one, just email us before your order is dispatched and we’ll be happy to add a note for you. Please note, unless you let us know that your order is a gift, an invoice showing the prices will be included with your parcel.

If your order includes a personalised item, please allow additional time for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Free local delivery on orders over £10. If you live within the CF36 postcode area, you can choose our free local delivery service when you spend £10 or more.

Prefer to collect your order? You can choose free collection from store at checkout.Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours and we will email you when your order is ready to collect.
