The multi award winning Robert Welch Designs Signature kitchen knife collection was developed with professional chefs, and is designed for purpose and practicality in everyday food preparations. A 2 piece knife starter set from the Signature kitchen knife range. Consists of an 10cm paring knife, and a 16cm cook's knife. Our distinctive Signature knife designs are protected by 3D trade marks.

This kitchen knife set includes the award winning Signature 10cm/4" paring knife with a plain edged, short blade, ideal for peeling, trimming, and slicing fruits and vegetables, and an all-purpose 16cm/6.5" cook's knife which is a kitchen knife with a curved blade for chopping and rocking cutting actions.

Cook’s knives are a multi-purpose kitchen tool, and a great starter knife if you are only intending to buy one. Their curved blades allow for a two step chop and rock action, ideal for meat (raw or cooked) and hard vegetables as well as herbs, nuts and salads and for crushing garlic into a paste. The paring knife is good for small intricate work in the kitchen, as well as peeling or scraping fruits and vegetables in your hand. Both knives have a Japanese-style blade edges are at a 15° angle and the knife has an ergonomically shaped handle for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue in use.

    All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
