Thick swirls of 55% dark chocolate and flowing caramel are finished with crisp toffee pieces and a sprinkle of sea salt, giving every bite a bold balance of richness, crunch and that classic sweet and salty contrast. Hand finished in our Cambridgeshire kitchen, 250g made for sharing, though we wouldn't blame you if you kept it to yourself.
