Hatari Hot Rum Hooch Chilli Sauce
Rum Hooch Chilli Sauce - A delicious combination of sparky bird-eye chillies, mellowed in dark rum for feisty. This sauce gives deep and addictive chilli flavours.
Following my trip to Louisiana, we picked up on the trend of adding spirits to chilli sauces resulting in this amazing flavour fusion. We wanted to keep the HATARI chilli sauce range simple. However simply could not leave out this combination of sparky bird-eye chilli from Thailand and dark rum from the Caribbean. Voila, our Hatari Rum Hooch Chilli Sauce was born.
Use in all foods which require a brilliant medium heat and excellent flavour, from jerk chicken to Mexican fajitas, and everything from BBQ marinades to chilli ketchup or hot honey.
Ingredients: Chilli Mash, ((Bird Eye Chillies, Salt), Apple Cider Vinegar, Rum (Ethanol), Salt, Stabiliser: Xanthan : Xanthan Gum

Delivery Information
All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
