It’s designed to elevate your meat and poultry, so the fat drains out of the meat and collects in the pan. It’s ideal for health conscious home chefs who want to cook tasty low-fat food with fresh ingredients! You can use this rack for roasting and grilling – to grill, simply swap the roasting pan for a grill tray. Its small size makes it ideal for chicken drumsticks, small joints of ham or even smaller whole birds. And its handy reversible design makes it easy to roast vegetables under the rack. 

You’ll see this roasting rack working when you remove it from the oven. Any fat that drains out of the meat collects in the bottom of the pan, ready to be drained away.       All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
