Our Selection Tin contains 4 different sourdough cracker flavours - Original, Rosemary & Sea Salt, Sunflower & Pumpkin Seed and Rye & Charcoal. An essential for any cheeseboard or great as a snack. Our Original sourdough crackers have a distinctive crispy texture with a subtle toasted wheat flavour and slight sweetness from the honey. Pairs well with pungent cheeses such as Taleggio, cured meats and cornichons. Our Rosemary & Sea Salt sourdough crackers have a distinctive crispy texture, flavoured with fragrant dried rosemary & thyme and Cornish sea salt. Pairs well with fresh cheeses such as Feta or Goats cheese, olives and watermelon. Our Pumpkin & Sunflower Seed sourdough crackers have a distinctive crispy texture, with a nutty, malted flavour. Pairs well with hard cheeses such as Cheddar, Gruyere or aged Gouda, apples and apricot chutney. Our Rye & Charcoal sourdough crackers have a distinctive crispy texture flavoured with charcoal giving an earthy taste. Pairs well with crumbly cheeses such as Wensleydale or Lancashire, cherries and dark chocolate.
