The Professional 22cm/8.5" bread knife features a pointed tip and serrated blade, which will easily cut through crusty bread, sourdough loaves, and French sticks without squashing or tearing the soft crumb inside. A must have for any bread lover! Also ideal for slicing sandwiches and cakes. 

Robert Welch Professional kitchen knives feature a classic handle shape for comfort in the hand and are perfectly weighted and balanced for control in the kitchen. Comprising 11 knives for every task in the enthusiastic cook’s kitchen, Professional knives are slightly larger and heavier in the hand than our Signature knives. World Edge Geometry combined with ice hardened German stainless steel provide a harder more resilient blade with exceptional longer lasting sharpness.

Product Specifications

The 22cm/8.5"" bread knife has a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for superior strength. German stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell 57, is used in the manufacture of all Robert Welch Professional kitchen knives. The ice hardened, German steel allows for easy home maintenance and a superior sharpness that lasts. The tactile handle features the RW insignia, a permanent steel detail.

    All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
