Fully forged from high quality German stainless steel with a hand applied 15° edge for superior sharpness, and an ergonomic DuPont™ handle. All Signature kitchen knives are gift boxed.
Designed in consultation with professional chefs, the award winning Signature 23cm/9" carving knife features a long curved blade, which enables the user to cut fine slices of meat, poultry and fish in a single stroke.
The Japanese-style blade edge is at a 15° angle and the knife has an ergonomically shaped handle for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue in use.

The 23cm/9" carving knife has a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for superior strength.
German stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell 56, is used in the manufacture of all Robert Welch kitchen knives. The hardened German steel allows for easy home maintenance and a superior sharpness that lasts. The handle is made from tactile DuPont™ POM and features the RW insignia, a permanent steel detail.

All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
