The Signature carving set includes a 16cm carving knife and 13cm carving fork. The knife is fully forged from high quality German stainless steel with a hand applied 15° edge for superior sharpness, the fork features a forged double-tine head and both have an ergonomic handle. All Signature kitchen knives and knife sets are gift boxed.

The multi award winning Robert Welch Designs Signature kitchen knife collection was developed with professional chefs, and is designed for purpose and practicality in everyday food preparations. The Signature carving set includes a 16cm/6" carving knife and 13cm/5" carving fork are ideal for holding and accurately carving poultry and meat, the fork can also help lift and turn the meat during cooking. This set is smaller than the individual carving knife and fork, ideal for smaller joints of meat.

Fully forged from high quality German stainless steel, the knife has a Japanese-style, hand applied 15° edge for superior sharpness. The carving fork features a forged, double-tine head and is supplied with a guard. Both have ergonomically shaped handles for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue in use.

The specially hardened, high-quality, German stainless steel used for our Signature knives is durable, easy to clean and maintain

German stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell 56, is used in the manufacture of all Robert Welch kitchen knives and carving forks.The hardened German steel allows for easy home maintenance and a superior sharpness or durability . 

The tactile handle features the RW insignia, a permanent steel detail. The Signature utensils are made from finest 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish.

The carving set comprises

  • 16cm/6" carving knife the knife has a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for superior strength
  • 13cm/5" carving fork the carving fork has a forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel double-tine head.

    All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
